Product and assembly safety is solely and exclusively the province and responsibility of the manufacturer, the purchaser, and the shipper. Any suspected damage in shipping must be noted at the time a shipment is received with the shipper, and as stated in our Return Policy. Assume that suspected damage may create a potential safety hazard and we advise that you do not use the product. SCOOTER & CYCLE, WARNINGS.

Always use protective head, leg and arm gear. No one under the recommended ages of use should ever be permitted to use this equipment. Product use should always be supervised by an adult, and should never be used on streets. A period or training and practice should always precede initial use.

IMPORTANT WARNING ABOUT BUNK BEDS & LOFT BEDS.

PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THE PURCHASE OF A BUNK OR LOFT BED TO HELP PREVENT SERIOUS OR FATAL INJURIES FROM ENTRAPMENT OR FALLS:
•    Never allow a child under 6 years old on the upper Bunk.
•    Use only a mattress which is 74" -75" long and 37-1/2" - 38-1/2" wide on the upper bunk.
•    Ensure thickness of mattress and foundation combined does not exceed 8" and surface of mattress is at least 5" below upper edge of guardrails.
•    Always use guardrails on both long sides of the upper bunk.
•    If bunk bed will be placed next to a wall, the guardrail that runs the full length of the bed should be placed against the wall to prevent entrapment between the bed and the wall.
•    Prohibit horseplay on or under bed(s) and prohibit jumping on the bed.
•    Prohibit more than one person on upper bunk.
•    Use ladder for entering and leaving upper bunk.
•    Maximum total weight is not to exceed 300lbs. on the upper bunk.
•    Periodically check and ensure that the guardrail, ladder, and other components are in their proper position, free from damage, and that all connectors are tight.
•    Do not use substitute parts. Replacement parts, including additional guardrails, may be obtained from our customer service department.
•    Use of water or sleep flotation mattresses is prohibited.
•    Use of a night light may provide added safety precaution for a child using the upper bunk.
•    STRANGULATION HAZARD - Never attach or hang items to any part of the bunk bed that are not designed for use with the bed, for example, but not limited to, hooks, belts and jump ropes.

SELF-ASSEMBLED PRODUCTS

Always follow the exact instructions provided by manufacturers when assembling their products. Most manufacturers offer additional phone support if you are need assistance in assembly. Product assembly instructions are the responsibility of the maker of that product. Both the process of assembly and failure to properly assemble a product can result in serious injury.

BICYCLE SAFETY

Bicycle Safety is of the utmost importance to our cycle vendors, and it should be to you too. That is why we have included the following tips for keeping yourself safe while you ride.
1.    WEAR A HELMET. It is strongly advised that a properly fitting bicycle safety helmet be worn at all times when riding your bicycle.
2.    OBEY TRAFFIC LAWS. Bicycles are considered a vehicle, so while riding you follow the same laws as you would in a car, including yielding to pedestrians and stopping at red lights and stop signs.
3.    RIDE PREDICTABLY. While riding, you should not do anything that would surprise or confuse drivers. You should ride in a straight line and with traffic.
4.    USE HAND SIGNAL. Using proper hand signals when riding your bicycle will help drivers know what to expect. You signal that you wish to make a left turn by hold your left arm straight out. To indicate that you will be making a right turn, hold your left arm out with your elbow bent 90 degrees, your hand pointing up, and your palm facing forward. For signaling coming to a stop hold your left arm out with your elbow bent 90 degrees, your hand pointing down, and your palm facing rearward.
5.    KEEP YOUR DISTANCE. Whether you are riding on busy street or on secluded bicycle trail, it is always a good decision to keep your distance from cars, pedestrians, and other riders.

Our 30 Day Return Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction first and foremost, and we want to help you have the best possible shopping experience. We recognize that sometimes an item may not meet your needs, was not what you had hoped for, or simply, it does not fit with your decor or space. You'll find our return policy is one of the best in the ecommerce business. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, excluding our shipping or handling costs. Some products have shipping included in the product price, including "free" shipping items, and for those items, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Also, some of our products carry a restocking fee which would be deducted from any credit or refund if you want to return that item.
You can cancel your order prior to production, if being made to order, or if a stocked item, before it has shipped. If you refuse delivery after shipping, please keep in mind that your purchase will then be subject to this Return Policy.

Returning a Purchase

•    Please  send us an email to  customerservice@moastores.com  and include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name. Or call us at 1-877-981-6967 select  (Option 1). We will give you an "RA Number," a return address, and other relevant information. Returns that have not been first authorized cannot be accepted.
•    Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
•    Return the product using your preferred shipping method directly to the distribution center address we provide. Returns sent to our administrative offices cannot be accepted.
•    It is important that we know when your return is expected. Please save your return tracking number, and email it to us. We need this in case there are any issues during transit.
•    Please do not request a chargeback of your purchase from your credit card company while waiting for us to completely process your request. Refund processing involves several steps, some that we cannot control, so please be patient while awaiting the credit for the original purchase to appear on  the card you used.
•    Please Note: Other than a return or exchange due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges.
•    All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, if products have been assembled or modified, we cannot take them as returns. Also, restocking or repacking fees are charged by some manufacturers and warehouses to cover labor, paperwork and shipping carton replacement. Finally, certain products cannot be returned because our suppliers cannot take them back, such as those customized to your specifications.

If you have any questions about whether a product can be returned, please call us before ordering.

Damage & Missing Parts, We have learned to package our products to withstand damage during shipping, avoid selling items easily damaged during shipping, and discontinue suppliers whose damage rate is too high. If something arrives from us that looks damaged, or if parts are missing, please notify us right away. We will work to help you get needed replacements as quickly as possible at no extra charge.
Suspected or Actual Damage If Shipped by Truck Freight or White Glove
•    Write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery even if it appears only slightly damaged. If the package appears significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. Once we receive back that damaged package, we will send a new one. Please notify us if you refuse delivery, so we can anticipate that return.
•    If our product is assembled for you, make sure you closely inspect the product for any damage BEFORE boxes are discarded and before the delivery people leave. Again, if there is a problem, write it down before the delivery crew leaves.
•    If you accepted a package and then discover parts are missing or damaged, do not discard the packaging. Please contact us right away and we will ship you the replacement parts at no extra charge. Most carriers only let us file freight claims within 48 hours of delivery, so do not delay. If we cannot replace parts, we can have the carrier pick up the item and we will send a replacement once we have it back. Again, all returned products should be in the original packaging.
If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the product can be returned under our Return Policy. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts or a complete replacement, we will pay to return the item to us.
In the case of a manufacturer's defect, we can replace the defective part, or if needed, the entire unit. We stand 100% behind our products and the manufacturers who produce them, and we will make every effort to resolve any problems.

Shipping

How Will You Ship My Order?

We know you want each order shipped as quickly as possible. We've selected delivery companies recognized for both speed and dependability so your order arrives promptly and in the best condition. On some items, you'll have delivery options. To save time, products come directly from the factory to your address in the continental U.S. At each product page, look for estimated pre-delivery processing times.

Smaller Items

moaStores utilizes UPS and Federal Express for cost-effectiveness when product size permits. Travel times for UPS and FedEx range from 3-5 business days.
Please feel free to call us at 1-877-981-6967 or send an email to  customerservice@moastores.com to arrange for Next Day or 2nd Day Air on eligible products.
For items shipped through UPS or FedEx, signatures are not generally required upon delivery. Often, the driver will make that choice and you may want to leave a note stating a signature is not necessary. For business deliveries, signatures may be required.

Commercial Carrier Options

We use commercial carriers (truck) for larger pieces, fragile items, and multiple-piece orders to reduce shipping costs. Typically, a carrier representative will call to schedule delivery and someone will need to be present to accept the package(s).

Liftgate/Back of Truck

You may be responsible for removing the product from the back of a truck, or the carrier may use a lift gate to lower the product to ground level. Please contact us to make sure we have the proper delivery method to match your needs.

Threshold

This means the delivery will be transported to the front door, garage entry or a loading dock (for business).

White Glove Delivery

We provide our customers with this service when special product care is required, or if you select to upgrade the standard delivery provided for your order.
•    Bronze White Glove: A 2-person delivery team brings your product directly inside the threshold of your home or garage. In apartments or condos, they will carry the products up two flights of stairs to that threshold. If any piece weighs more than 300 lbs. or you have more than four pieces delivered, the shipment will only be available for delivery to the First Dry Area or Garage including crated merchandise.
•    Silver White Glove: Delivery team places your order in the room of your choice, up to two flights of stairs.
•    Gold White Glove: Delivery team places your order in the room of your choice, up to two flights of stairs. Your order is unpacked, set up and all debris removed. Set up time is limited to 15 minutes and no tool usage.
•    Platinum White Glove: Delivery team places your order in the room of your choice, up to two flights of stairs. Your order is unpacked, set up and all debris removed. This includes a light assembly up to 30 minutes and tool usage.
The most important part of taking delivery is making an immediate inspection. This will make the process much easier for you in the rare event a return is required. On the carrier's delivery sheet, mark "Product Damaged." Please read our  return policy  for detailed information.

When Should I Receive My Order?

We process your order either the same day you place it or the next day based on the time it was ordered.
Manufacturers process and prepare your order as quickly as possible, and we have factored in their processing time into our "Usually Ships by" estimates. They, too, strive hard to see your shipment arrives quickly.
For a few items, we offer Quick Ship. Please contact us to verify the scheduling and to receive an exact date.
In some cases, imported items may take somewhat longer to ship - and again we try to properly estimate that on each product. There are also occasions when manufacturers are able to accelerate an order. Rest assured we'll do everything possible to expedite your order. When your order ships we will notify you by email.
Please note: Items ordered together may be shipped separately. Shipping charges, if any, include order processing, item selection, packing and transportation.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on many of our products. This option will be listed on the product page. With free shipping, we have added actual ship costs into the total price we offer.

Where We Deliver

We deliver to the continental United States. We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands by special arrangement. We are currently unable to deliver to PO or APO/FPO boxes, except for rural PO addresses. We can assist you with foreign deliveries and will provide a shipping quote FOB (Free on Board) to your intended US port of embarkation.
